He was predeceased by: his former wife Bonnie Cox; and his sons, Michael and Randy Cox. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Grimes Cox; his daughter Pamela McDuffie (Jimmy); his sister Glenna VonVille; his stepdaughters, Patty Cowart and Margie Woodley; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Dwayne McDuffie, Sheri Martin, Chanda Cox and Marissa Justice. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
