She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Neely; her son Courtney; her mother Annie Brookins; her mother-in-law Susie Dunn; her aunt Lula Ruth King; her siblings, Peggy Brookins, Tommy Brookins, Jr., Jeffery Brookins and Sylvia Gardiner; her siblings-in-law, Reginald Dunn, Treasure Harris, Tyrone Dunn, Rosaline Ramsey and Kenny Dunn; and her nieces and nephews, Tamara Brookins, Trevor Harris, LaToya Silvera, Miya Gardiner, Calea Brookins, Corrine Edmonds and Cory Toomer.
