With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ann S. Meeks in Rockledge, Florida, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Sluder and Clellie Widener Sluder; her sisters, Peggy Marie Sluder, Carol Sluder Kelley and Patsy Sluder Horne; and her son James Meeks III.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Meeks Jr.; her brothers, William "Bill" Sluder and John Sluder; and her children, Scott Meeks (Susan Cummings), Robert Meeks (Jolene), Felecia Phipps (Rod) and Samantha Reddish (Jim). She is also survived by relatives, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, a great-grandson, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Maxwell Funeral Home (1010 Palmetto Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
