She was predeceased by: her father Larry Urbick; and her grandparents, Lambert, Clarice Urbick, Thurman and Ruth Watson.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Urbick (Watson) of Marshfield; her husband Louie "Eddie" Kooiman of Riviera Beach, FL; her children, Chris Counard (Bri) of Vernal, UT, Kiara Zeinert (Steven) of Beaver Dam, Cody Counard of Madison, Kai Counard of Columbus and Cadin Counard of Beaver Dam; her sister Vicki Thom (Chuck) of Stoughton; and her nephew Zaiden Lalley of Stoughton. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
