He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his children, Charles, Connie Linton and Lisa Boczar; and his great grandchild Brooklyn Greenwell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Ball and Joyce Calvert; his son-in-law William Ball; his grandchildren, Kelly Greenwell, John Christine, Thomas Calvert, Heather Brown, Jason Boczar, Paul Dickey, Nicole Ehrlich and Corey Linton; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Hensley, Cedrik, Beth, Samantha, Ethan, Mason, Connor, Jeremy, Hadley and Charlotte; and his pet Miles Dickey.
