He is survived by: his wife Willia Bouler Flatt of Riviera Beach, FL; his children, Brandon Bouler, Steven R. Flatt (Kathryn), Shalanda Bouler and Brandi Bouler; his grandchildren, Mia Flatt, Mya Flatt, Nandi Spivey, Shayna Nash, Sharice Nash-Brown, Elijah Bouler, Zamora Williams and Fabian Williams; his sister Dorothy Seaman; and his caregivers, Yvonne, Beverly and Carolyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and sorrowing friends.
