He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Maguire and Elizabeth Maguire (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Gasper); his son Thomas; and his sisters, Elizabeth Dougherty (Patrick) and Kathleen Hooper (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
