He was predeceased by: his former wife Martha Lou Wall Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Norma Carol Stamper; his children, Sandra Stamper Hatton, Teresa Stamper Land, Robert Stamper Jr. and Walter David Stamper; and his grandchildren, Marisa and Hunter Land.
