He is survived by: his wife Corazon Mullinax; his mother Mary Jeanette Mullinax; his children, Joseph Mullinax, Jacob, Ashlena Mullinax, Jenny and Shannon Mullinax; his siblings, Christopher Brian and Raquel Mullinax; his nephews, Darian, Caleb and Camden Mullinax; and his niece Caitlyn Mullinax.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Brain Support Network in his memory to further the research of Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and other neurological diseases.
