He was predeceased by: his father Robert Smith; and his sister Jennifer Bandas. He is survived by: his wife Lauren Smith; his sons, Jackson and Landon Smith; his stepmother Janet Smith; his brother Christopher Smith (Alexander Gordon); his nephew Jacob Bandas (Shelby Bandas); and his nieces, Amelia and Zoey Smith-Gordon.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Terrace Oaks Chapel (12690 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617).
