He was predeceased by: his father Russell Vann Kelly; his siblings, Clyde Leslie Kelly, Buck Kelly and Barbara Rumore; and his mother Beulah Lee Skipper Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Frances C. Kelly; and his children, Ronald Sherman Kelly (Kelly), Derryl Claude Kelly and Carol Sue Parrish (David). He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Southern Funeral Care and Cremation Services, Inc. (10510 Riverview Dr, Riverview, FL 33578). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
