He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Jethro Partee, II and Agnes Inez Howard Partee; and his siblings, Ada P. Susong, Bertha P. Gamble, Mary Singer, Emery J. Partee, III, David A. Partee and Ronald H. Partee.
He is survived by: his wife Mamie L. Partee; his children, Franklin Beale of New York, Tanya Partee O'Connor (Brian) of Riverview, FL, Monique N. Partee of Huntersville, NC, Meshel L. Partee of Huntersville, NC and Nicole C. Partee-Francis (Kay) of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, DeLeon, Taylor, Danielle, Jordan, Karter and Zamar; his siblings, Rev. Agnes Partee-Brown (Ralph) of Salisbury, NC, Delores Saulters of Seattle, WA and James Anthony Partee (Deborah) of Colfax, NC; his mother-in-law Nancy Beale of Richmond, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Beale, Edna Bramwell, Janice Jones, Brenda Beale, Wilhelmenia Johnson, Jeraldine Partee, Milton Beale and Johnny Hodges. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (300 S Caldwell St, Salisbury, NC 28144). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
