He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eddie Greer and Martha Greer (Wright); his wife Mary Greer of Ridge Manor, FL; his sons, Walter "Richard" Greer, Jr. (Jennifer) of Cairo, GA and Benjamin Alan Greer of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; his stepchildren, George Neil Johnson (Mary) of Gulfport, MS, Daniel Alan Johnson of Morgantown, KY and Brandy Anne Parmer (Donald) of Ruskin, FL; and his brothers, William Calvin Greer of Midland, GA and Eddie Euguene Greer (Katherine) of Warner Robins, GA.. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
