She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Butler Sr. and Clara Bell Vaught Butler; her husband Leonard Hawk; her daughter Carla; and her siblings, Lucille, Louise, Dale, Con, Oliver Jr., Kyle, Kenny and HalDean.
She is survived by: her son Gilbert Hawk (Cathy); her granddaughters, Meagan Modlin, Jennifer Ferryman and Lindsey Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Nick, Payton, Carter, Sydney, Cailee, Chloe and Emersyn.
