She was predeceased by: her parent Russell M. Koontz; and her sisters, Vivian Parry and Patsy Green. She is survived by: her parent Bernice Yohn Koontz; her spouse Rodney E. Valentine Sr.; her son Mike Valentine of Brooksville, FL; her daughter-in-law Kim Valentine of Brooksville, FL; her siblings, Bonnie Seibel-Talbert (Harold) of New Windsor, Judy Coe (Jack) of New Windsor and Manro Koontz of Westminster; her friend Ron Holmlund; and also Jeannette Koontz of Westminster.
