He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmo T. Pulliam and Anna K. Pulliam; his wife Jeannette; his daughter Ann Pulliam Downey (Steve); his grandson William Ryan Cox (Brittney); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Cox, Declan Cox, Deacon Cox and Dakota Cox.
