It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reatha Mae Waters of Reddick, Florida, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Scott Sr. and Bessie Mae Scott; her children, Allen L Waters Jr. (Tarri), LaVetta Waters-Jacobs of Reddick, FL and Reginald J. Waters (Andrea); her grandchild Min; and her siblings, Lillie Jean Wilson (Johnnie) of Lowell, FL., Elmira Waters of Lowell, FL. and Dr. Henry Scott (Laverne). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.
