He is survived by: his brother Robert Lawrence Case of Reddick, FL; his grandson John Shepherd Case of Franklin, TN.; his wife Ellen; his children, John Mark Case (Rose) of Franklin, TN, Renee Case Moore (Keith) of Oxford, MS and Paul Wesley Case (Margot) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Wesley, Andrew and Sam; his stepgrandchildren, Steven, Peyton and Jackson; his siblings, Martin E. Case (Betty) of Oxford, Naomi Sigler of Dothan, AL and Sarah Holifield (Tony) of Fayetteville, AR.; and his parents, Robert E. Case and Leeda Case.
