He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Combs and Myrtle Lee Combs (Rhoden); and his siblings, Bobby, Talmedge, Elwin, Tommy, Phillip and Helen Brantley.
He is survived by: his significant other Cindy; his daughters, Renee Kopecky, Kim Hodge (Doug) and Courtney Snyder (Mike); his grandchildren, Cami, Doug Hodge, Jon Kopecky, Symphony and Serenity Snyder; his siblings, Ray Combs (Linda), Verna Stewart (Billy) and Ferrell Robinson; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Combs and Mary Combs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many special and dear friends.
