He is survived by: his son Tommy Forsyth (Betty Ann); his grandson Zachary Forsyth; his great grandchild Alex Forsyth of Raiford; his sister Jewell Pittman (Wendell) of Willow Springs, MO; and his parents-in-law, Carrie Clark, Barry, Vera Hendrix, Drexel, Geri Faulkner, Roy and Barbara Faulkner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
