He is survived by: his daughter Tina Hayes Mann (Sammie) of Lake Butler; his grandchildren, Danita Dowdy (Derrick) of Starke, Wesley Mann of Lake Butler and Alyssa Mann of Lake Butler; his great grandchild Kamrey Dowdy of Starke; and his siblings, Curtis "Spike" Hayes (Ellie) of Paden City and Sarah Ingles (Bill) of Lewisburg.
