She is survived by: her husband Carl Boulding of Raiford, FL; her children, Arianne Martin (Donald) of Middleburg, FL, Zayne Tice of Starke, FL and Carissa Bentley (James) of Deltona, FL; her grandchildren, Aulexsus Hughes, Dylon, Skylar, Kieryn Martin and Caiden Bentley; her family Melanie Woodcock (Kevin) of Dothan Alabama; her children, Bethany Fields (Matt), Caleb Woodcock and Josh Woodcock; and her great-nephews, Mason and Daniel Fields.
