She is survived by: her children, Janice Illona Francis Wood, Michael Isom Francis, William Wastell Francis, Jr. and Shelia Kha Francis Atkins. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, nine great, great grandchildren.
