He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Hornsby and Albert Hornsby; and his foster parents, John McAfee and Stella McAfee. He is survived by: his daughter Joanna Golightly; and his grandsons, Aiden, Asher and Axel Golightly. He is also survived by his friends and family.
