She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gerard "Gary" Gorniak; her children, Michelle, Daniel McKenzie, Brian and April Gorniak; her grandchildren, Hannah McKenzie, Savannah Gorniak, Simon Gorniak and Samuel Gorniak; her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Biernik (Joe Chromik) and Mark Biernik; and her nieces and nephews, Buffy Lee, Jennifer, Kyle Longstreet, Johnny Copple, Michelle Shultz, Mike Kern, Kelly, Jake Portenier, Joel Gorniak, Chris Gorniak, Nick, Lisa Biernik and David Biernik. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews as well as cousins and beloved friends.
