He is survived by: his parents, John Weeks and Cheryl Weeks; his wife Debbi Weeks; his children, Justin Weeks and Lauren Weeks; his brother Craig Weeks; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Wardwell (Henry) and Christine Stinchcomb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials contributions may be made in his memory to The Wounded Warriors Project, Moffitt Cancer Center, Shriners Hospital for Children and The ASPCA.
