She is survived by: her children, Michael Sheldon Lake of Providence, Shelly Ann Lake of Swansea, Massachusetts and David Scott Lake of Swansea, Massachusetts; and her grandsons, Stephen Michael Caizzi of Swansea, Massachusetts and Joseph Lincoln Boyd IV of Swansea, Massachusetts. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
