He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Puckett and Stella Puckett (Sluder); and his siblings, Inez Wier (Carl), Olive Scamihorn (Charles "Bud"), Wilma Woodall (Woody), Ivan "Rex" Puckett (Phyllis), Paul Puckett (Opal), Ronald Puckett and Sarah Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Margie' Puckett (Wools) of Punta Gorda, FL. He is also survived by married.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Max to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
