He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jeannette Haskins Prior and Lee Arthur Prior (Renee Sollish Prior); and his daughter Cathy Patterson. He is survived by: his significant other Renee; and his children, Thomas Prior, Jan Moffitt, Denise Prior, Frank Prior, Scott Prior and Tracy Seffers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
