She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stellabotte and Loretta Stellabotte; her former husband John Butler; her husband Paul Hayes Sr.; and her brother John Stellabotte.

She is survived by: her daughter Joanne Sullivan; her son-in-law Martin Sullivan; her nephew John Stellabotte; her great-nephews, Tylen and Sirus Stellabotte; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Addison, Colin and Lainey.
