“Jim made the last years of my mother's life some of the best she had. She loved him completely and I adored him and loved seeing them together. He was the only grandfather my son ever knew and Jim thoroughly enjoyed him as a boy. I have great pictures of them together, fishing, reading the paper and sailing on their beloved boat-Happy Ours. Even though it was a short time, I am so glad Jim and Joan found each other and shared such huge love. May they rest in peace together always. Regina Madison”
