He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. McKenzie and Jewl McKenzie (Gatlin); his wife Francine Welch McKenzie; and his daughter-in-law Margaret McKenzie. He is survived by: his sister Marcella Miller; and his children, Garrett McKenzie (Virgina) and Lynda Gardocki (Peter).
