He was predeceased by: his parents, Larden V. Hoffman and Jean K. Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy E. Hoffman; his children, Cari Ann Carmichael (Christopher) of Fort Wayne and Dan Corns (Jessica) of Hobe Sound; his grandchildren, Kaya, Tala, Mara Carmichael, Sydney and Savanna Corns; and his sisters, Mary Lemberger (Robin) and Laurie Osborne (late Ray).
