DeCamp and Shelley A. Kohagen; his grandchildren, Danielle E. Massey, Dillon A. Kohagen, Lauren N. DeCamp, Savannah A. Kohagen, Nicholas S. DeCamp and Holly G. DeCamp; his daughter-in-law Julie K. DeCamp; and his brothers, Gary J. DeCamp and Terry D. DeCamp.
