She is survived by: her former husband Richard Leisman (Susann); her children, Rick Leisman, Scott Leisman, Kelly Weber (Jay) and Tracy Krebs (Doug); her grandchildren, Jessica Sisson, Stephen Hostutler, Alex Weber, Ashley Weber, Aerin Krebs and Sean Krebs; her great grandchildren, Brody and Dylan Sisson; her sister Gail Dempsey (Jim); and her cousin Mary Kay "Katie" Calvert.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane's name to the Ronald McDonald House in Cleveland, Ohio.
