He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Vogan and Mildred Vogan; his brother Robert Wayne Vogan; and his uncle Robert May. He is survived by: his wife Rose of Port St; his sisters, Tina Hovis (Gary) of Port St and Patricia Woodruff (Robert) of Georgia; his niece Cappy Seidl of Georgia; his nephew Robert Woodruff Jr. of Georgia; his aunt Marge Vogan of Pennsylvania; his cousins, Donald, Larry and Garry Rarer of Pennsylvania; and his stepchildren, Geri Wellmon (Kevin), Tracy Bowling (Roy) and Gary Walls. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, 5 step-great-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-great grandchildren.
