She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Courtwright (Doc); her children, Michael Hayes and Jessica Givens; her stepdaughters, Tammy Kilts, Tania Courtwright, Tiffany Saya and Amber Courtwright; and her sister Jolene Laccone. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
