He was predeceased by: his father John O'Neil; and his sister Betty Erbentraut of Chickopee, MA.. He is survived by: his mother Rose O'Neil (DeFlorio); his wife Diane L. Slonsky; his son Kelly O'Neil; his granddaughter Madeleine O'Neil of Colchester, CT; and his daughter Shannon O'Neil of Port St.
