She is survived by: her children, Dennis Kokulak (Peggy Staats) of Pompano Beach, Douglas Kokulak (Carol) of Warwick, NY, Diane Russo (Louis), Doreen Philippe (Scott Bollen) of Port St and Denise Kokulak of Oakland, NJ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
