She was predeceased by: her daughter Deborah Anne; her former husband Walter Joseph Kokulak; and her husband Michael Francis O'Reilly. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Kokulak (Peggy Staats) of Pompano Beach, Douglas Kokulak (Carol) of Warwick, NY, Diane Russo (Louis), Doreen Philippe (Scott Bollen) of Port St and Denise Kokulak of Oakland, NJ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church (350 NW California Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986).
