He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Tarr and Helen Tarr; his wife Sally Tarr (Azevedo); his children, Matthew A. Tarr (Lisa) of Gloucester, MA and Jodi L. Orlando; his grandchildren, Ryan and Kylie Tarr; and his former wife Valerie Tarr (Francis).
