He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving A. Wood and Harriet Wood; his sisters, Jane and Doris; his former wife Ellen Jewell Wood; his wife Norma Wood; his daughters, Sheila Wood (Martha Patton), Sharon Sparrow and Shirley Guidroz; his grandchildren, Jared Guidroz, Hannah and Zack Sparrow; his stepchildren, Scott Morgan (Cindy) and Darby Melnik (George); and his stepgrandsons, Alex and Sam Melnik.
