She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Ann; her parents, Sam Destefano and Lucy Destefano (Pasco); and her siblings, Joseph Destefano, Genevieve Gebhardt and Theresa Stagnitta.
She is survived by: her husband Salvatore Sciuga, Sr.; her children, Salvatore Sciuga, Jr. (Kathleen) of Solvay, Gina Forte (Brian) of Florida and Thomas Sciuga (Ruby) of Nebraska; her grandchildren, Brian Forte Jr. (Stacey), Dana Bakowski (Mark), Jonathan Forte, Sal Sciuga III (Jessica), Peter Forte (Kristina), Thomas Sciuga, Jr. (Alexandra), Derek Gonyea, Daniella Sciuga and Cameron Sciuga (Ariel); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jessica, Jonathan Jr., Noah, Kaden, Christopher, Melania, Nicholas, Brandon, Blake, Brittany, Salvatore IV, Presley, Jaxson and Gianna. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
