She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bechtoldt and Helene Bauer Bechtoldt; her husband David Ward; her sister Irma Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Sierra and Kali Bradley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Guercio (Tally), Rena Lake (Raymond) and Lauren Grossnicklaus; and her grandchildren, Rachel Thornton, Christopher Guercio, Erin Guercio, Justin Guercio, Natale Santioemma, Jason Senk, Ray Lake Jr., Rachel Schiener, Joshua and Adam Grossnicklaus. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
