He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Foley; and his grandson Frank L. Toner IV. He is survived by: his children, Frank Toner III, Karen Coxe and Linda Moosekian; his grandchildren, Michael Toner, Amanda Toner, John Toner, Jennifer Coxe, Brittany Coxe, Daniele Coxe, Chelsea Moosekian and Shaun Moosekian; and his great grandchildren, Maggie Scherl and Michael Toner Jr..
