It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jo Carrigan of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oscar Adkins; her husband Floyd Alexander Carrigan; her siblings, Pete Adkins, Mary Snyder (Aunt Pug), Carmen Fabijan (Aunt Sis) and Joyce Van Schoick; her daughter Patty Ann French; and her grandsons, Rodney Todd Helsel and David Alexander Manns.
She is survived by: her friends, Lilian and Debbie; her children, David Manns (Sheila A. Wright) and Kathy Helsel (Rodney T. Helsel); her grandchildren, Joey B. Mauger (Todd Mauger), Zack Helsel (Emily Etkins), Shauna Estep (Scott Estep) and Alanna Lyn Manns (David Watkins); and her great grandchildren, Julien, Nolan, Anna, Sophia and Joey. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elkton High School, 110 James St. Elkton, Md. 21921 in memory of the Todd Helsel Scholarship with Helsel Scholarship written in the memo line.
