She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory S. Coffey and Lucy Esco Coffey (William O. Green); her son Cecil E. Green, Sr.; and her sisters, Ruby Shackelford, Francis Novello and Ruth Pratt.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas E. Coffey (Linda) of Otto, NC; her children, Thelma G. Tipton and William O. Green, Jr. (Helen); her daughter-in-law Kathy Parker Green; her grandchildren, Robert E. Tipton (Nikki), Robin E. Tipton, Eddie Green, Joey Green (Ann), Amy Engle (Pat), Anna Stewart (Trent) and Lisa Green; and her great grandchildren, Peter Tipton, Bradley Tipton, Andrew Evans, Presley Tipton and Robbie Boland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
