He is survived by: his wife Beverly Barthelmes; his daughter Melanie Nelson (Samuel); his stepdaughter Renee Maestas (Chris); his sister Kathleen Perreira (Kenneth); his niece Katie Russo; his nephew Tim Heid; and his grandchildren, Chris, Cooper and Grayson.
