She is survived by: her husband Augustin Martinez; her daughter Michele O'Hara; and her siblings, Sharon Lyons, Marsha Knuth, Marlene Seeley, Tammie Seeley, Brian Seeley and Bruce Seeley. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her daughter, Michele O'Hara.
