It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene E. DeSorbo of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stone and Albertine Stone (Charbonneau); her husband Louie; her daughter Deanne Zibell (DePastino); and her siblings, Michael Stone and Denise Daly.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Wilton (DePastino), David DePastino (Erin) and Lou DeSorbo (Deb); her grandchildren, Joe Wilton, Sherri Wilton, Jesse Wilton (Tyler), Cory Zibell, Kyle Zibell, Michael DeSorbo and Logan DePastino; her great grandchildren, Serenity Nieves, Trinity Nieves and Gabriel Nieves; and her siblings, Bobby Stone (Donna), Valerie Langlois (Mario), Laurie Tomassi (Charlie) and Keith Stone (Angie). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Church (254 Burritt St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the St. Thomas Cemetery (209 Belleview Ave, Southington, CT 06489).
