She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Levine (Dontzig) and Abraham Levine; her former husband Albert Mittleman; and her sister Phyllis Greenberg (Levine). She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Mittleman (Timothy Randall); her grandchildren, Jason and Ryan Randall; her son Jonathan Alan Mittleman; and her sister Norma Hassan (Levine).

Interment at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL The family asks that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Hadassah at https://hadassah.gospringboard.com.
